It's a well known Brazilian song called Baiao, written by Forro composer and accordionist Luis Gonzaga. In 1972 Astrud Gilberto made a memorable pop recording of it (remember, she's the singer who made a big splash with jazz saxophonist Stan Getz duting the 1960s Bossa Nova craze).

http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=ySjjdL30kiQ at 2.33 Pablo Fagundes plays about
four bars of what sounds like the old tune Cajun Stripper done by....Johnnie
Alan? Rusty & DougKershaw? Anyhow, it has an earlier name too. This is the
second time I've found a harp player from a South American country playing
this strain. Any clues?
