[Harp-L] metrics/reminder

We did finally achieve the 1800 subscribers mark.  We actually went as
high as 1801.  This means subscribership has just about doubled since our
server switch a little over 4 years ago.

Posts to harp-l should be addressed to either harp-l@xxxxxxxxxx or
harp-l@xxxxxxxxxx; never both addresses.  Both domains are pointed at the
same ip address.  If you send to both addresses the list gets 2 posts.
