[Harp-L] Harp-L not sponsored by SPAH

I stand corrected. Harp-L is   no longer "sponsored by SPAH." Not only that, 
Harp-L has been self-supporting for over four (4) years. I regret the error.

"FYI: SPAH is the sponsor of Harp-L, not the operator, owner, editor,
publisher etc. and therefore does not provide content to Harp-L."
