F Major scale is:

1B 1D 2B 2B// 2D (or 3B) 3D// 3D 4B 4D 5B 5D 6B 6D 6ob 7B 8D 8B 9D 9B 10D 10B// 10B

....the // represents a 2 semitone bend. ob (on 6) is an overblow.
The keynotes are: 2B//   5D  9D
By starting at 1B, you are starting on the 5th of the scale, and the 10B is the same note.

I am fairly new to the harp.  Can someone tell me the scale run for  
this position. I'll probable never use it but I am curious.
