The notes of the chords add up to an A major scale. However, thinking of that melody (after, what 40 years?) something tells me that it would work in second position (sorry, Buddha) on a D harp, as I don't think G# occurs anywhere in the melody.

Try both, see wich sounds cooler and more comfortable.
