Personally, I've given up on my SP20's in favor of Seydel 1847 - when I can afford them. The 1847 is like a SP20 on human growth hormones! I've also blown-out an awful lot of reeds on my C & D SP20's during gigs (when I play with too much force) - and none so far on my 1847's (ok, I just jinxed myself).
