Here in Irvine, CA, there's Jim's Music who I now get all my harps
from because the Special 20's are 24.99 just like your link.  I never
thought we'd find harps for 5 dollars cheaper than the usual online harp
sales stores.  But the MB's for 19.99 is an unbelievable price!
