[Harp-L] bad out-of-the box harp solutions

Suzuki provides customer service and repairs with courteous and
responsive personal interaction. And when something is wrong with a
Suzuki they go ahead and fix it, instead of trying to convince you
that the problem has to do with your playing technique rather than
the harmonica (which is the B.S. that you usually get from Hohner).

Once of the great things about Hohner that many people tend to forget
when
complaining about the
"quality" of mass-produced harmonicas is that you can get them easily
fixed
by Hohner because Hohner has a repair facility where you can actually
talk to a
human. This is not true for some companies -- and I don't know about the
rest.
