Well, to convert a 12-hole 364 into a 14-hole 365 would be a neat bit of magic :)
But if you're into converting the tuning then, assuming a C-harp, you'd retune the draw reeds thus:
From: D G B D F A B D F A B D
To: D G B D G B D F A B D F
Looking at this, I realize that I made a mistake in my earlier post. I wrote that you'd have to tune the reeds down 2, 3, or 4 semitones. Actually, you'd have to tune them UP.
