Re: [Harp-L] US Civil War harmonica relic
Manfred Wewers writes:
The GW Stratton & Co.'s (Boston) 1883 Catalogue of musical instruments, lists Richter 10 hole harmonicas at $2.50 per dozen.
And what does this have to do with the Civil War harmonica question? I
like Winslow have posted the number of harmonicas exported to the United
States broken down by year. They go up considerably post war and they
peak in the 1920's. fjm
