[Harp-L] reminder

complaints about the content of harp-l are best directed towards the
management or with a reply to the original poster.  Instructions on the
various ways harp-l can be accessed or used and the several versions it is
available in are also best kept off of the list.  Please write the person
you're trying to help directly.  If I perceive some general confusion
regarding the services offered by harp-l I may from time to time address
the list as a whole with clarifications.  In general though my preference
is to keep this stuff off of harp-l.  Thanks fjm harp-l-listowner
