The harmonica player is Stevie Wonder.  
The song is in the key of F#
you can probably play close to the riff on a diatonic but trying to duplicate this particular riff 
on a diatonic will just sound cheesy, especially when it was originally played by Stevie 
Wonder.  Buy a chromatic and figure it out, it will sound sooo much better using the 
instrument that is supposed to be used.  Its really not a tough riff at all.
