[Harp-L] Igor Flach Wikipedia, finally in English

There's isn't much on Igor Flach in English, so I translated the German Wikipedia page into English and posted it on Wikipedia. I've not really used my German in about 10 years, so if some German folks on Harp L (you know who you are) could check my translation work, I'd appreciate it. It could also use some links and pics, but I got the text up...
