Re: [Harp-L] New CX 12-Jazz--dealers
Somebody posted the first link to the CX-12 Jazz recently; the second link to
harponline doesn't work.
Granted that Hohner has to "pay off" or write down the R&D cost of the new
cover, how much more does a CX-12 cost? The first site from Hohner says it will
be available in April 2008. I think that is new information since last I
looked at the site.
And where can you buy one?
I might be up for buying the cover by itself as I have a few CX-12s gathering
dust but I suspect all the available covers are only available with a
complete harp.
I never like any of the mouthpieces for any chromatic. I don't have what is
called TMJ (temporomandibular joints disorder)-- like Rod Piazza (he told me
in an interview several years ago) -- and I don't want to get TMJ. This new
mouthpiece sounds like a perfect solution because you don't have to open your
mouth so wide.
