Dan:  If you're asking Americans, then no, none of us have seen the  whole 
thing..only the one clip from Charlie Leighton's NYC apartment of  Leighton's 
Leightons talking and playing..excerpted from the  documentary.  It simply isn't 
available on this side of the Pond.  I  imagine there might be a few British 
subjects who've seen it...you might try  re-asking on Slidemeister since there 
seems to be a lot of chromatic work  covered in it.
