Sounds like lots of good stories about Harp Depot too.  I had a friend who had a successful business, spent many years with few dollars trying to establish himself and a good reputation. An ex-employee, whose husband had deep pockets,  decided to start a competing business.  One of the first things she did was go to the online forums and trash her former employer, she did this using numerous usernames.  Somehow the moderators of several sites figured her out and kept her off the lists.  I am not suggesting that someone is out to get Doc, but there is often 2 sides to every story.  My experience with Doc has always been positive.
