I'm not *entirely* sure what you mean by "overblows on draw bends," but here goes:

When you play over*blows* in Holes 1 through 6 on a C harp, you're *exhaling*, bending, and getting a note that is one semitone higher than the *draw* note in that hole.

Hole 1 draw is D, so OB is Eb

2 Draw is G, OB is Ab (also available as a 3 draw bend)

3 Draw is B, OB is C (also available as Blow 4)

4 Draw is D, OB is Eb

5 Draw is F, OB is F#

6 Draw is A, OB is Bb

When you play over*draws* in Holes 7 through 10 on a C harp, you're *inhaling*, bending, and getting a note that is one semitone higher than the *blow* note in that hole:

Blow 7 is C, OD is C#

Blow 8 is E, OD is F (same as Draw 9)

Blow 9 is G, OD is Ab

Blow 10 is C, OD is C#
