Don't forget though, that for us, reading about your experiences with 
Harp Depot, your words are not more or less proven, not more or less 
gissip, that the accusations of unhappy Harp Depot customers.
If you think, that Doc and Richard (whoever they are, i don't know 
them and never ordered there) are treated unfair and believe, that 
they'll read your email it'd probably a good idea to inform them 
about whats going on here.
That way they might get a chance to defend themself here and/or solve 
any issues their customers report here.

However, there are complains about HD's customer service on this list 
pretty frequently and it's always something like "i paid the money 
but didn't get my harps, can't even get sombody at HD to talk about 
it".
Finally i tend to believe, that there are cases like this _frequently_ 
with their service.
