Like I said in my last, Joel, I'll take a peek in my collection. I
recognise the sound, but I think you might have clearly identified a
phenomenon that has passed unmarked before. A bit like steam lifting the
lid on kettles the world over, but it took James Watt to perceive the
use to which it could be put.
