[Harp-L] Neck racks

The SPAH convention will have muliple neck rack players this year.  
Dave Moore is an incredible rack player with monster tone.  A harp player first, guitar second and button accordian third he never gives up his tone even when playing harp and accordian.  (now thats reedy but way cool)

Jimi Lee will be hosting hallway jams during the week.  His rack playing is out of bounds.  How does he do it.
