As Vern pointed out, pitch varies a lot with breath pressure - as well, 
I might add, with embouchure, which is affected by the presence or 
absence of covers, placement on the comb, etc. - that I doubt that the 
relative accuracy of digital versus analog tuners is really the 
limiting factor there.
