Just google and you'll find tons. There are websites devoted to them,
some where you play over the track and post your results for review and
opinion by others. 

I always recommend the two by Pete Schmidt (Ultimate Blues Jam Vols 1 &
2 - the first is specifically for harp and designed with help from this
list), and "Sittin' In With the Greats" because it has vocals and 12 and
24 bar spots for you to solo, like a real jam. 

Gindick, Barrett and others have good jam tracks CDs and downloads as
well.
