[Harp-L] Borrah Minevitch question

Anybody have a text copy or something of Borrah Minevitch's harmonica thesis? Please contact me offlist or whatever, I'd like to see what's in it. John says Hohner distributed about five million of them, so it ought to be out there somewhere. I can't find it on the web anyplace.
