London (UK) has a pretty active bluegrass and rockabilly scene, which I have been exploring by surfing myspace sites. One bluegrass band that's very well known there that uses a lot of harmonica is called "Daily Planet". You can hear quite a lot of harmonica on a "train song" they do called Fireball Mail.
