Charlie was born in West Virginia. He lived exclusively in West Virginia until he was  10, after that he lived the winters in Florida, summers in West Virginia, I heard that from Charlie himself. We claim him and he claims us. His family still lives here, when I met him, he was staying with his brother in Fayetteville (WV).
