I'm also in the IT camp.  Otherwise, anyone could be a Michael Jordan if 
they only practiced enough.  Everyone can improve with practice, and most 
can improve significantly with significant practice.  But if you ain't got 
IT, you ain't got IT.

The discussion and friendly debate regarding on-stage 'actions' and 
'non-actions' while playing (and not playing) has been very interesting and 
informative, with many terrific contributors and opinions.  Personally, I am 
in the "IT" factor camp, as in "your born with IT."
