[Harp-L] Buckeye Harmonica Festival question

I've only been playing harmonica for a year or so but my wife and I
attended the SPAH convention in Milwaukee last summer and had a great
time.  Since we are going to be in the Columbus area around the time
of the Buckeye, we thought we'd attend that one, too.  I have been
regularly checking the Buckeye web site http://www.buckeyeharmonica.org/
and the only 2008 information seems to be the festival dates.  There
is no posted schedule of seminars and such for 2008 and no ticket
information.  Is this normal for this event?  Is pre-registration
required/encouraged like SPAH or is walk-in registration common for
Buckeye?
