[Harp-L] To cup or not to cup.

 I have a Thunderharp mike that doesn't require cupping, i.e., there  
is little deviation in bass response and nearly no increase in volume  
cupped vs. loosely held. This makes it very tone reliable but reduces  
it's wah wah, etc. capacity. My point (non-technical as usual) is some  
of the cup vs. loose determinants for tone/volume are mike contingent. d
