Here's a more interesting query:
Can anyone name a blues harmonica recording artist who has *never* recorded a harmonica solo (or accompanying part) in 1st position?
You'd have to scratch both Walters and both Sonny Boys off your list, and Stevie Wonder, too. Certainly Kim Wilson and Musselwhite. Piazza? Clarke? Butterfield? Junior Wells? Cotton? deLay? Forget Sonny Terry and De Ford Bailey. Don't even mention Jimmy Reed.
Anyone wanna keep this process of elimination going?
