Re: [Harp-L] AFTER YOU'VE GONE

It was impressive for what it was - not the kind of music I like to return
to and bask in. Reminded me of Django without pauses between phrases. In fact,
the absence of pauses (or breathing between phrases) causes my ear to shut
down after a short while - like
someonetalkingconstantlywithnopausesbetweentheirideas. The music runs together like the sentence I just typed.

However, those that practice this type of approach to music can be
congratulated on the amount of time they've spent to impress with speed chops.

Is this an example of, when the solo starts, every note has been worked out
in advance in sequence and reproduced as such? I suspect so. It would be
interesting to hear it performed again to see if Jason can offer a totally
different stream of notes over the same changes or if it would be a cut and paste
job.
