I have started playing Delta Frost several years ago and find them very good out of the box, good volume, deep tone. I do and have used others,(Seydel,Oskar,SP20,etc.) but my harp bag is probably +80% Bushman D/F. 
It has always, "surprised we haven't heard more about them on this list, also.
Seydel is good but cost more, Oskar has some good qualities but I don't like the tone, SP20 are OK, but the Bushman is a better harp in my opinion, & the replacement reeds is the icing on the cake!
So if you haven't tried Bushman D/F, I would suggest you do.
