And do you play the major 3rd at all Mick, or always the flat 3rd? Sorry I wasn't at SPAH to hear you doing this, but it's a long way from here. Are you on one of the youtube vids?

   Why are we pigeonholing Fifth position as minor key blues position?  It
works great for all blues; major and minor.  I think it's at least the equal
of third position and, for certain tunes, gives cross harp a real run for
its money.  As a matter of fact, I personally prefer it to cross harp.
Anybody who has seen me at the SPAH blues jams should know that I'm usually
in that position most of the evening.
