What made me suspicious is that the fellow is wearing what looks like  
a wool sweater-jac. I say wool because people from other countries  
tend to wear real clothes made from real materials. So I think wool.  
And because there ain't many places in So. America where it's cool  
enough to need a sweater-jack IN the house, I ascertained SOUTH So.  
America. Ergo:

Of course, I could be wrong and the fellow could be European, but  
those names would tend to indicate: Espana, Potrugal, Andorra. In any  
case, I thought he was terrific.
