Subject: [Harp-L] did anyone record the blowoff?

I got up to and including a lot of Michael Peloquin's set on  
video...(dvd's)...but couldn't manage my zoom H-2...at the same time with only  one 
functioning arm (and being in a huge amount of discomfort). Didn't have any  help other 
than somebody carrying my camera case into the venue for me,  everything was 
just so heavy...so didn't even try.  Battery ran out just  before Michael 
played 'wonderful world', much to my chagrin...and I was just  about to tape 
MadCat next (and he was SO good)   :(
 
 Hopefully other people got the rest of the show...I saw lots of  cameras 
there...I can send you dupes of my dvd's of what I did get...it's a new  camera 
with a different mic set up and i was close to the front..maybe the audio  is a 
bit better than usual..or I'll keep the dupes and give you the originals if  
the sound quality is better thereof, doesn't matter..whatever works.  But  
it'll have to wait just a few more days till I recover from the bug I picked up  
on the plane(s) coming home. Am still just not feeling well enough to go 
through  all the DVD's right now.  My plan from the beginning was to copy  all of 
their performances for each participant and send them their own  dvd...so hope 
to get to that as soon as I'm able...I wouldn't put anything up on  YouTube 
anyway without anyone's express permission...
