Guy Davis comes to mind- more in the spotlight these days reviewed in 
the Blues Revue magazine. I have watched him sing, entertain, play the 
guitar (also slide) with the harp on a rack. He was the featured artist 
at the Poconos Blues Fest 2007 here in PA.
