Not much progress so far. I replaced the power tubes with new matched JJ Electronics 6L6GCs since 1 of the original 4 had blown. However the amp still has a significant level of hum when it's powered up... too much to make it useable. I'd planned to take it to an amp tech (and harp player) near me to get it checked over, but I've been away for most of the past few weeks and haven't had the chance. I'm hoping to be able to do so this week. I'll report back on the outcome.
