Hard to believe Michael Timler of Harponline didn't reply to your 
request, so i forwarded your email to him in case something went 
wrong there.
However Harponline regulary sells Hohner MS rivets:

Having said that, i second Dave, that the Harponline nut and bolt 
system is superior for anyone not using rivets daily since it 
requires much more practice to get good results.
The Seydel system is actually exactly the same, since Michael of 
Harponline invented it there when he was working for Seydel. (It was 
originally developed by him and Franz Chmel)
