I just watched it(Ophelia by The Band) on youtube.
It's in C.
It sounded pretty appropriate on an F harp in 2nd position
I also tried it on a low F harp.
That has a nice sound too, especially if you do some "chugs" at the
bottom end.
One thing I didn't do is check to see if there are other versions of it
by *The Band* in another key.
