I knew full well what I signed away. At this point in my non-existant musical career, I'm looking for any break I can get. I'm looking for resume material. I've got a day job I'm looking to get rid of--I've got to start trying somewhere.
I don't think the PFOS people are trying to pull one over on the pro's. I think they're trying to give a leg up to an unknown.
