I am not aware of kelzmer (yiddish) music books specifically for harmonica,
but there are some useful "easy" klezmer books available from Mel Bay.

Seems like the few recorded practitioners of Klezmer harmonica use standard
Richter tuned instruments. Jason Rosenblatt fronts a band called Shtreiml
that has three tasty CD's with lots of harmonica. He taught an excellent
workshop at a huge klezmer program called KlezKanada. Sandy Weltman also
has a klezmer harmonica/banjo CD, but seems to be doing
less klezmer currently.
