Mike,

The tracks aren't really what you would call distorted harp. But they  
may give you an idea.

This clip is played with an analog delay

and click on "PPH Boogie" that is played with reverb

Both tracks use a crystal element in the mic.
The YouTube clip is into a 7-100 Pignose
The PPH Boogie Track is into a Laney LC15

Personally I prefer delay.
