Loved Warren's post on SPAH and the "kids."  I would like to openly thank
the Millers for their generous support: (a) coming to and performing at SPAH
at no cost (b) the politeness and support of all of the family (d) the
cooperation of their agent, Nancy Oswein.  It is quite possible we will see
this great family again in St. Louis.
