RE: [Harp-L] Ricci

Ricci's website shows him in Missouri Wed nite. I believe that before I believe the bozo at the local blues club. He's famous around here for not getting those things right, so I'm not surprised. Some frends of mine in Minneapolis used to play occasionally at a different club this guy owned. Aware of his reputation, the leader of the band called on a Thursday night to confirm a Friday night booking and was told it was good. The band arrived on Friday to find someone else already set up and were told there was a mistake. They have never returned.
Is this kind of st uff more common than I think?

It's Halloween night, but after I hand out all the candy to the kiddies, I think I might have to make the trip. After all, I have driven further to hear lesser players. Hell, I have driven much further and been a lesser player.> I just hope the club has it right because they are bad at publicizing things that don't always happen.> Steve Webb> still harpin' in Minnesota> _______________________________________________> Harp-L is sponsored by SPAH, http://www.spah.org> Harp-L@xxxxxxxxxx> http://harp-l.org/mailman/listinfo/harp-l
