[Harp-L] announce: jason ricci and new blood list

after checking that it's ok, i have set up a new mailing list for fans
of Jason Ricci and New Blood.  it's an exciting time for the band and
its fans, with a new album, more exposure (see the full page ad in the
current Spin magazine), "rockers", etc.  and i wanted a place where i
could talk about all of that ad nauseum without turning harp-l into a 
JRNB fan list.  i like harp-l just the way it is.
