Michael Rubin can do it.  I saw him play one or two solos like this in the 
circle jam at the first Rockers in the Rockies.  The guy on YouTube is 
pretty incredible, to be playing that fast hands-free.  And not only is it a 
great trick, but it also sounds really sweet.  You can't say that for many 
harmonica gimmicks.
