Re: [Harp-L] Home P.A.
I don't know of any way to hook the mic directly in to a stereo amp. The
problem is that the mic doesn't have enough "zorch" for the line inputs on
the amp that are made for tuner, tape unit, and CD player.
However, you can do it with a small $40 mixer that has mic pre-amps on its
inputs. See http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?
productId=2102920&cp=&sr=1&origkw=mixer&kw=mixer&parentPage=search
There are other brands of possibly higher quality but I assume that price is
important. You can also hook in several mics at the same time.

Subject: [Harp-L] Home P.A.
Does anyone know of a way to turn a home stereo amp into a P.A. - not
necessarily for harmonica,
but is there any way to hook a Shure 58 into a home stereo amplifier?
