Hey Chris,
Funny you should mention Mark and Butterfield in the same breath.  Have you heard the Ford 
Brothers; Mark, 
Robben and Patrick's tribute to Butterfield?  Their rendition of the Work Song is better than 
the original IMHO.  
Give it a listen if haven't already.
