Bloozeharp asked if anyone will be going to the Kerrville Folk Festival for the 3 day harp workshop with Primich, Ball and Austin player Rob Roy Parnell. First, I know Parnell, he is a pretty straight ahead cross harp player, reminiscent of Butterfield with lots of feeling. He's a nice guy as well.
I will not be attending the workshop, but I will be at the Festival for all 18 days unless life gets in the way. Kerrville is one of the most amazing musical spots in the world with friends jamming 24 hours a day.
