[Harp-L] Seydel Blues Favorite

I bought a couple a half year ago and they have plastic combs and  chromed 
reedplates.  Now on the Seydel site, they are shown to have chromed  plates but 
aluminum combs.  Did Seydel change the Blues  Favorite?
  I assume the purpose of chroming the plates is to reduce tolerances,  
right?  But do chrome plates preclude embossing or just make it  unnecessary?
