I use one as a backup amp and as long as you mic them they work great! They're a little fragile and don't respond well to being bumped from time to time.
Main rig is a 55' Pro w' a 15" speaker and man does it have some tone. Whew!

Have you tried the Fender Blues Junior or Pro Junior? Not vintage, but EL84 and pretty good harp tone; 15 watts...
